The 'Beta' mortgage payment protection or loan repayment insurance policy

This mortgage payment protection insurance/ loan repayment protection insurance policy is designed to meet the requirements of people who just want a standard mortgage payment protection insurance or loan repayment cover against loss of income due to accident, sickness or unemployment or unemployment only.

• Maximum benefit : £2,500 per month (subject to criteria below)

• 'Back to day one cover effective after 30 days'

• Benefits paid on a daily basis paid monthly in arrears.

• 60 day initial exclusion benefit for unemployment claims

• If you are self-employed the policy covers cessation of trade due to events beyond your control

Extra Benefits provided under the Beta mortgage payment protection insurance policy.

• Maximum benefit = monthly mortgage or loan repayments or rent payments + up to 100% extra for other · 

• Choice of accident sickness and unemployment, accident and sickness only or unemployment only ·

• Unemployment only contracts are limited to £1,500 per month

You are reminded that you have a duty to declare all material facts when applying for any contract of insurance and if they change before the commencement of the contract. Failure to declare all material facts could result in your policy not protecting you in the event of a claim.
