If you are interested in offering this rent protection insurance scheme to your clients, B. Portwood & Co Ltd are able to offer it to Firms or Individuals who are directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority.

• Commission will be paid at 20% of the premium excluding IPT.
• If you wish, higher rates may be set allowing up to 35% commission.
• A Unique Link will be provided so that on-line transactions may be processed directly by clients.
• Neither B. Portwood & Co nor DMS will contact clients other than in relation to the administration of this product.
• You will be sent a copy of the welcoming letter and schedule so you can track business placed.
• You will have access to the quotation system so that you may place business directly.
• You have no financial risk - all premiums will be collected by direct debit by DMS, all commissions will be paid on an 'as earned basis' so there is no clawback.
