Accident, Sickness and Unemployment Insurance
(For mortgage payment protection, income protection and
loan payment protection)
We are pleased to offer four accident,
sickness and unemployment insurance policies that are suitable for meeting

These policies may not be suitable for you if
- You are aged under 18 or over retirement age at the
start of the contract

- You want unemployment cover and you are aware, or
ought to be aware of any impending unemployment affecting employees in
your company, or any circumstances that may affect future job losses
at the company e.g. take-over, sudden change in company fortunes
- If you already have a income or mortgage protection
policy you should be aware that there will be this 60 day 'gap' in
unemployment cover during transfer so you should consider whether to
keep your current policy in force for the 60 day period.
- Similarly if you have a pre-existing medical
condition that your current policy covers you should be aware that
cover for this medical condition will not be provided should you
change policies
What are monthly commitments?
Other than your mortgage payments, rental agreements or
loan repayments you should consider the following as examples of
