I declare that:- The property is not in an 'unacceptable Postcode' The sum insured represents the full rebuilding cost of the premises including fixtures, fitting, garages,walls, gates, footpaths etc and allowance for architects and surveyors fees and debris removal costs I have checked the subsidence excess that will be applied. The property is built after 1850 and I am insuring the whole property The property is of standard construction (brick/stone concrete and roofed with slate, tiles, metal, concrete, ashfelt or bitumen.) The premises are not occupied by anyone with non-motor criminal convictions and the owners have no non-motor convictions The property is occupied (or will be) by acceptable trades and the quote is for the whole of the let property. If the property is unoccupied then it will be occupied within 30 days If there have been claims then there is no claim in excess of £5,000, two or more claims with a total cost exceeding £2,500 or 3 or more claims. I have not had insurance declined, special terms or conditions imposed on any of the risks I wish to insure.
