At B. Portwood & Co Ltd we are able to offer commercial buildings insurance to owners of property that is let out to other people.

In conjunction with a major commercial insurance broker, we have designed a site so that you can obtain insurance quotes rapidly (fully underwritten) from up to six of the major insurance companies (Norwich Union, Axa, Allianz (previously known as Cornhill), Brit, Royal & Sun Alliance and Zurich.)

Our aim is to prove you with insurance quotes within the same working day if you apply before 3.00pm for single property and if you apply before 2.00pm for a portfolio of several properties.

We will send you an e-mail of these quotes and you can purchase whichever you feel best meets your requirements (we are not giving advice so it is up to you to check that the policy meets your needs). Online purchase is available, with confirmation.

Our quote will come with a policy summary and a policy document for each company that quotes, however you may wish to view the cover available. Here is the information.
