Critical Illness Insurance

Benefit choice

Critical illness insurance policies may offer a choice of benefits ... to suit your lifestyle and particular circumstances

You can choose from the following benefits:

  • > death benefit;

  • > death or earlier critical illness benefit;

  • > critical illness benefit;

  • > disability income benefit (sickness, accident or disability);

  • > health cash benefit (Term Personal plans only)

  • > unemployment benefit (including premium payment benefit (unemployment)) (Mortgage plans only); and

  • > premium payment benefit (sickness, accident or disability).

You can choose as many benefits as you need – all within the same plan.

Mix and match to suit yourself

You can even have more than one of the same benefit.

For example, you can have a decreasing death benefit to protect your mortgage and a death benefit which pays out an income to your family – all within the same plan.

If you opt for Term Business, you can have a death or earlier critical illness benefit on an increasing lump-sum basis for profit protection and the same benefit on a decreasing lump-sum basis for loan protection – all within the same plan.

It’s up to you to choose which of the many combinations suits you best

As you can see, critical illness insurance policies do not just offer a single option, which is why you should discuss with an independent financial advisor your critical illness insurance needs. Use the quotation link below
