Why we need your e-mail address

When you apply for critical illness insurance there are certain documents that we must supply to you 'in good time before commencement of cover'. These include: A statement of your demands and needs, our recommendation  and reason for the recommendation and a status disclosure document advising you on what basis the recommendation for critical illness insurance is being made.

These documents must be on 'durable medium' which means in practice paper or e-mail. It is our intention eventually to send most information by e-mail - however at the moment it will only be our status disclosure document.
