Firework Display Liability Insurance

Liability Insurance for organising a firework party excluding the first £500 of each and every claim.

Cover is for a period of 4 days but is for ONE display only.

Premiums depend on the total visitors expected and the level of cover requested

Employer's Liability

Cancellation - must be taken out 14 days before event - includes adverse weather

• Criminal Defence costs up to £50,000 :

Main Exclusions

• Cancellation due to acts of terrorism or Foot & Mouth

• All Bonfide subcontractors must have Public Liability cover for £1,000,000

• Sparklers - unless additional premium paid

• Bouncy castles

• Dangerous activities

• Fairground rides

• Wilfull or malicious acts

• Imported or non-standard fireworks
