Horse insurance from a IIB (Institute Insurance Brokers) member

horse insurance

We offer a single online quote for horse insurance, which will quote for horses aged 30 days and older (no upper limit but cover reduces for mature horses 16 years and older). There is a maximum value limit of £7,500 per horse for online quotes, but we can quote for higher sums insured if requested. Please call us.

The cheap quote that you receive for your horse insurance will depend on the age and value of the horse, the use of the horse and which options you need for veterinary fees and saddlery/ tack.

In addition to the horse you can extend the horse insurance policy to cover trailers (not self propelled) or horsedrawn vehicles. A Key facts document is available here for your perusal. We can obtain competitive quotes for self propelled horseboxes on referral.

Value of the horse £Must not exceed £7,500 for online quotes
Age of the horse Reduced benefits apply if the horse is 16 years old or older.
Used by a riding establishment? Personal accident benefits and public liability are excluded whilst the horse is used by the establishment (Riding schools are required by law to have their own liability insurance)
What is your name? We keep quotes so that we can tie them up with the proposal forms we receive. We will not ask you for any more personal information until you take out the policy, when we will store your information for arranging and administering your policy and complying with any regulatory requirements.
