Under a landlords insurance, contents may be defined as contents of common areas and/ or landlords contents. Will NOT usually cover Tenants contents. The section should include an allowance for professional fees. Please note that only the specified Causes on the policy will be covered. (Usually this means that accidental damage cover will not be provided unless requested).
