After the quote

The quotation system will provide you with up to ten schemes depending on the type of tenant you, as landlord, have selected (or if the property is unoccupied). We quote for all types including DSS, students, asylum seekers, bedsits as well as professional lets. We can quote for short term leases multi-let property and houses unoccupied pending sale, unoccupied pending letting out and unoccupied to be moving in.

We offer a range of options for landlords: these include legal expenses to cover such matters as property disputes, squatters etc, rent guarantee to cover rent that hasn't been paid and also a home emergency option so that the tenant can obtain emergency assistance without having to contact you.

Once you have your quote you can either submit the application form to us - and we'll review it and send you the full details so you can decide whether the product is suitable for you, or you may prefer that we give you our professional opinion as to which contract would be the most suitable for you.
