B. Portwood & Co. Ltd, have negotiated with several online companies to provide you with a selection of on-line motorcycle insurance quotes for your motor bike. All the motorcycle insurance quotes will be with reputable UK companies or Lloyds syndicates.

Driving restrictions.

All policies will be restricted to named and approved drivers and will in general be rated on the youngest driver. Our partners will, however, be able to quote in most cases for young drivers or if you have had accidents or convictions.

Cover available

We can quote comprehensive, third party, fire and theft, or third party only. Please note that comprehensive and third party fire and theft policies will have an excess applying to both fire/ theft and damage claims - these excesses depend on the type of bike and the age of the rider and in most cases will be substantially higher than those on a private car policy.

How to reduce your premium

You may obtain reductions in the quotations if you can restrict the annual mileage, have an approved security device fitted to the bike or if the motor bike is kept in a garage at night (this does NOT mean a wooden garden shed!)
