Use this form to get an accident and sickness insurance quotation (UK only). Wide range of occupations quoted for online and other occupations/ benefits available on request. If you don't want any capital benefits (accidental death / loss of limbs/ eyes etc) then if you click here you can obtain up to £1,500 per month cover (you must be off for 30 days but then get paid from the first day you were off work) irrespective of occupation at a fixed rate of £1.80 per hundred i.e. £1,000 per month cover would cost £18.00 per month. (Unemployment cover an optional extra) if you are under 31 or £2.20 per hundred if under 41
