The policy quoted below does NOT include critical illness cover or life assurance. As it is a private mortgage protection policy the sums insured will not alter automatically with your mortgage payments.

• No initial exclusion period if you take out the insurance policy as a result of a new mortgage or remortgage.
• Benefits paid for 12 months.
• Paid on a 'back to day one' basis. This could save money as there is no excess period. If you are off work for more than 30 days you will be paid from the first day off work.
