The system is based on pre-set daily rates as most self drive hire insurance policies are restrictive and require costly annual financial commitment.
It allows you the freedom for cover only when vehicles are on rental.
It calculates the premium, all taxes and the rate (set by you) for each contract depending on the vehicle, length of contract and hirer profile. This is displayed and can then be printed on a pre-loaded invoice. When the contract is confirmed the data is sent via the Modem Link. An invoice will be prepared by the insurers at the end of each month, according to how many rental days have been covered.
The system recognises that fleets increase and decrease as demand dictates giving flexibility to your premiums.
A daily base rate is confirmed and fixed for a six month period. Rates are reviewed depending on your claims experience each 6 months.
The system has an itemised billing capability so you are able to keep your own record of the amount of cover you have used. Business costs are therefore kept to a minimum and payments are made in arrears. A security deposit equal to one month's premium is required.
You can change vehicles and additional drivers at your computer and generate a cover note from your own printer.
The product offers you an economical and effective Daily Rental System. A full operational system from Reservations to Printed Rental Agreements are generated from the computer. Each customer is Pre-Qualified in seconds reducing your risk.
