Premiums depend in the sort of accommodation in which you live. Sheltered accommodation is cheapest followed by halls of residence. The rates apply anywhere in the UK. For flats, bedsit or shared accommodation the premium depends if you reside within a city limits. If you do the premium is higher than if you reside in a town.
