| When you apply for critical illness insurance your
insurance quotation is sent to our IFA who will usually be able to
obtain a competitive quote.
However, you may have requested certain specific needs or the IFA may need to discuss matters further to obtain the quotation, in which case the best way will be to try and speak directly to you. Once the quotation has been sent out then I follow up call will be made to check that the quotation has been received and to answer any questions you may then have.
