We offer annual travel insurance for people aged over 70 and up to 81. Whilst it may be convenient to buy an annual travel insurance policy, if you are over 70 it may be worthwhile considering taking out insurance each time you want to go on holiday as, unless you take many trips, it could actually be cheaper (not to mention better cover) than an annual travel insurance policy.

Otherwise for people over 70, the following annual travel insurance policy is available for people aged 71 to 75 (inclusive). The policy has a £65.00 excess and allows unlimited travel abroad subject to a maximum of 35 days per trip and 183 days in total. If no claim is made then the policy can be renewed with a 10% discount. The policy is available to EU and UK residents if living in the EU for at least 6 months - and for non-EU overseas nationalities if resident in the UK for 6 months and registered with an UK doctor.
