Information on wedding insurance to safeguard
your big day
Your wedding should be the most enjoyable day in
your life. Naturally we hope that you would not need wedding insurance but think
of some of the things that could go wrong:-
-
You or the groom might decide to call the
whole thing off (actually this is the one circumstance which is NOT
insurable!)
-
The photographs might not come out - many
photographers limit their liability to the cost of the film so if you need a
fresh set of photographs then you will have to pay for them to be redone -
people attending specially etc
-
The service might have to be cancelled - e.g.
the bride or groom might fall ill (or be injured on their stag/ hen party!) The costs to the caterer would almost certainly have to be paid! Our wedding
insurance policy covers these cancellation costs.
-
The reception breakfast might have to be
cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
-
Many official places where weddings can be
held insist on your taking out liability cover in case damage or personal
injury is caused by yourselves or your guests. Again our wedding insurance
policy covers your liability.
So, the sensible course would therefore be to arrange
wedding insurance cover against these eventualities - the premiums are very reasonable and we can
work out a bespoke sum insured other than the one's listed on the page.

as "wedding insurance". We have always aimed to put our
clients first, not to recommend any unsuitable policies and to help them should
any problems arise.
