| Cover | Insurers will indemnify all accidental loss or damage, subject to policy terms and conditions. |
| Liability | Liability in respect of third party injury or property damage is limited to £2,000,000 in respect of any one incident. The limit of liability in respect of water skiers is limited to £1,000,000 in respect of any one incident |
| Excess | You will be responsible for the sum insured in the schedule in respect for all claims for loss or damage to the insured craft. Craft powered by an engine greater than 25hp will be subject to an additional £100 excess in respect of claims for underwater parts of the engine, following collision with a submerged or floating object. |
| Continental Use | Cover is extended for craft in Western Europe (excluding the Canary Islands) for up to30 days in any one year. |
| Taken Ashore Condition | It is a condition of this policy that all craft must be taken ashore when not in use unless specifically agreed in writing. |
| Theft Condition | It is a condition of this policy that when the craft is left on the trailer/ trolley, unattended and not in a locked building a wheel clamp must be fitted. |
| Fire Condiiton | Craft fitted with inboard machinery and with a maximum design speed in excess of 17 knots/ 20mph must be fitted with an automatic fire extinguishing system. |
| Helpline | A telephone helpline service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is provided on behalf the underwriters by DAS Services Ltd. You will be responsible for payment of all charges for the services provided. |
| Optional Legal Expenses | An Optional Legal Protection Pan is available through DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Ltd, who will assist you to pursue your legal rights. |
