Damage - Blinds and Signs for landlords insurance

May come under a 'Glass' section of the landlords insurance. Can cover

  1. External Glass

  2. Damage caused by the breaking of glass

  3. Fixed Plate Glass

  4. External Electric Signs

  5. Sanitary Ware

  6. External Blinds

Also may include costs of boarding up and resetting burglar alarms.

May Exclude damage from repairs and alterations, if the property is unoccupied, defective glass, display materials, wear tear, depreciation, scratching, rust and simple chipping or cracking of sanitary ware.
