• Cover available for all types of tenancies - standard, DSS, students, bedsits and asylum seekers.

• Includes insurance for unoccupied property (including renovations)

• Includes Second homes and holiday homes insurance

• No minimum insurance premium. No policy fees.

• Accidental damage cover available on all property other than property being renovated.

• Low excesses - choice of £75, £150 or £250

• Sample quote : £100,000 building insurance for an unoccupied property with full perils : £190.80 (£75 excess, £350 escape of water excess) (property must have 5-lever door locks, window locks, central heating drained or kept at a temperature of 13C continually and must be inspected weekly)

• Malicious damage by tenant covered for up to £5,000.
